It is much easier to hide your identity online. You are able to mislead people and to hide who you truly are. You can get away with pretending to be someone you are not. One of the greatest appeals of the internet is the ability to alter who you are and make yourself the person that you desire to be.

All in all, internet dating is a positive thing. There are wonderful people waiting to meet others who are compatible with them. They want to find love and happiness. For many of these people the internet is the doorway to a new world and new relationships.

Others will get more creative -- and you'll probably find it's terrific fun to stretch out the time capsule concept in this inventive, unpredictable way.
